Frequently asked questions

How does it differ from PREMIUM?

PREMIUM is taller and wider, so more air passes through it, and insulation is included in the set. STANDARD is cheaper and lower - less visible on the roof. Both have a butyl seal and a base matched to the tile profile.

Do I have to use the manufacturer’s accessories?

The manufacturer warranty applies when the sheet is fitted with the manufacturer accessories and to the instructions. Cheaper screws with a poorer EPDM washer start letting water through after a few years, and cutting with an angle grinder overheats the coating and voids the warranty entirely. That is why we always suggest ordering the accessories together.

How do I work out how much is needed?

Send us the roof dimensions or a drawing and we will prepare a list with quantities. Screws are usually needed at 6-8 per square metre of slope, but the exact number depends on the roof shape and the amount of flashing.
