Privacy and cookie policy
We ask for personal data on this site only when you contact us. We do not sell data, we do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and we do not collect more than we need to answer your request.
1. Who processes your data
Data controller: UAB „PRUSZYNSKI IR PARTNERIAI“, brand Vyto stogai. Company code 110865943, VAT LT108659413, registered office Islandijos pl. 181C, LT-49121 Kaunas. We have no data protection officer - we are not required to appoint one because we do not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring. For any data question write to pardavimai@vytostogai.lt.
2. What data we collect
There is no registration. You can reach us by the quote form, phone or email. We only receive data you send yourselves. Through the form: name, phone, what you need, message, and email if you give it, plus the page language, the page address and the product name if you wrote from a product page. By email: your address, name and whatever you write. When you call - the number and what is said. We do not record calls. The site also receives your IP and browser data, as every website does, used only for security. We do not collect special-category data and do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we process it
To answer a request and prepare an offer (steps before a contract, GDPR 6(1)(b)). To perform a contract: manufacture, delivery, warranty (6(1)(b)). For accounting and tax (legal duty, 6(1)(c)). For site security (legitimate interest, 6(1)(f)). For optional cookies - only with your consent (6(1)(a)).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become an order - up to 1 year. Contracts and related data - 10 years after performance. Accounting documents - 10 years, as Lithuanian law requires. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party marketing. It may reach only: Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) which hosts the site and receives quote-form submissions as our processor under a DPA - data may be processed in the USA under the European Commission standard contractual clauses; email providers acting on our instructions; accounting and audit; carriers - as far as needed to deliver goods; the manufacturer in Poland when a product is made there to your sizes (Poland is in the EU); public authorities when the law requires it. Apart from Netlify as described, we do not transfer data outside the EEA.
6. Your rights
You may ask whether we process your data and get a copy; ask us to correct it; ask us to erase it when there is no ground to keep it; restrict processing or object; receive the data in a common format; withdraw consent at any time. Write to pardavimai@vytostogai.lt - we will answer within 30 calendar days. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
7. Cookies
A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. Essential cookies are used without a separate consent because the site would not work without them. All others are switched on only if you agree. We use Google Analytics 4 for analytics cookies and Meta Pixel for marketing cookies. Tags are managed through Google Tag Manager, which sets no cookies of its own. Without your consent no cookies are written: Google Analytics receives only an anonymous signal with no identifiers, and Meta Pixel does not load at all. Once you consent, both work normally. You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings.
8. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we publish the new version on this page and update the date above. For material changes we will ask for consent again.
