Frequently asked questions

How does T-S differ from the other PD510 panels?

By the surface. T-S has three pronounced longitudinal ribs, P-S is completely plain, F-S is widely corrugated and Nano finely ribbed. The ribs stiffen the sheet, so T-S can be laid up to 7 m long, while up to 5 m is recommended for the plain P-S.

Will the fixing screws be visible?

No. The panels are joined with a seam and the fixing stays under the neighbouring panel - neither screws nor joints show on the roof. There are also no penetrations through which water could eventually get in.

Which sheet thickness should I choose?

The standard is 0.50 mm, and it is made in every coating. The thicker 0.70 mm sheet stays flatter, so it suits long slopes and plain-surface panels, where waviness shows most. Note: 0.70 mm is made only with the PS25 coating and a narrower colour palette.

From what pitch can it be installed?

From 8° (14%). Standing-seam roofing suits places already too shallow for a tile profile.

Can I get a colour sample?

Yes. We send a sample by post or show it in person - on screen a colour always looks different from coated steel.
