A perforated trapezoidal soffit for the roof overhang. The holes let air into the roof space but keep animals out - from martens to wasps. Being steel, it does not fade or sag over time the way plastic does.

Frequently asked questions
Perforated or non-perforated?
The perforated one is needed where the roof space is ventilated through the overhang - the usual case on warm roofs with a breathable membrane. The non-perforated one goes where no air is needed or where it enters another way. The two are often used together: perforated along the eaves, non-perforated on the gables.
Why steel rather than plastic?
A plastic soffit fades in the sun over time and becomes brittle in the cold. A steel one with the same coating as the roof does not change colour and is far stiffer - it does not sag over longer spans.
What soffit thickness should I choose?
The standard is 0.50 mm, which is enough for an ordinary overhang. The thicker 0.70 mm is chosen for longer spans: it allows sheets up to 7 m, while 0.50 mm allows up to 6 m. It also bends less, so it looks tidier on wide overhangs.
Can I order to my dimensions?
Yes. Soffits are cut to the width of your overhang, so less cutting and less offcut is left on site.
Can I get a colour sample?
Yes. We particularly recommend it for the wood effects - on screen their pattern and shade always look different from reality.
