Modus
The deepest-relief modular tile in the range - the 34 mm profile casts a strong shadow and looks like clay tile from close up. Supplied as double panels, so complex roof shapes leave little offcut.
- Double panels Fewer lifts onto the roof and fewer joints.
- For complex roofs Many corners and slopes - less cutting and less waste.
- Manufacturer warranty Up to 50 years with PURMAT and PURLAK coatings.

Frequently asked questions
Are Modus and Optima the same product?
No. The profile is the same, so they look alike in a photo, but Optima is a sheet cut to your dimensions while Modus is a fixed-size modular panel. The manufacture, supply and installation all differ.
Why a deeper profile?
A profile height of 34 mm is the deepest among the modular tiles. That relief casts a stronger shadow, so from close up the roof looks more like clay tile.
Can I get a colour sample?
Yes. We send a sample by post or show it in person - on screen a colour always looks different from coated steel.
Do you help calculate the quantity?
Yes. Send us the roof dimensions or a drawing and we will prepare a specification with quantities and a price.
Need a price for Modus?
Send the roof dimensions or just call - we prepare a specification with quantities within a day.
