A pressed barge board for modular and cut-to-length tiles. The ribs give it stiffness so it does not ripple with temperature, and the symmetrical screw positions let it be fitted quickly without marking out. Made in left and right versions.

Frequently asked questions
What else is needed besides the barge board itself?
The set has three parts: the modular barge board, the drainage channel and the barge board flashing. TORX-head screws are needed with them. When you order we prepare the whole list - so nothing is missing on site.
Does it suit any tile?
Yes, for all the manufacturer’s modular and cut-to-length tiles. The barge board can be fitted before the main covering is laid - the edge comes out tidier that way.
Will flashing colour really match the roof sheet?
It will, if ordered together with the roof. The manufacturer guarantees a single shade within one order, and between different batches the paint shade can differ slightly - that is the nature of the coating process. So we calculate the flashings together with the roofing, and if you order more later, do say it is a continuation of an earlier order.
How many flashings are needed?
It is calculated from the edge length, with an allowance added for the joints - usually about 10%. Send us the roof dimensions or a drawing and we will prepare a list with quantities.
Can you make a custom flashing?
Yes. To your drawing we fold runs up to 7 m long from sheet up to 3.0 mm thick, as well as industrial flashings for the junctions of large buildings. We can also slit sheet into strips and punch fixing holes. Send us a sketch with dimensions and angles.
Can flashings be had with the nano-WAVE surface?
Yes, and it is new. The nano-WAVE micro-texture scatters reflections and hides small imperfections - which shows most on long runs. If the roofing already has that surface, it is worth choosing the same for the flashings so the trim does not look glossier than the roof.
From what temperature can it be fitted?
The manufacturer recommends no lower than +5 °C. In the cold the coating becomes more brittle, and sealing tapes and silicone stop bonding.
