Frequently asked questions
Which lamella width should I choose?
The width sets the rhythm of the facade, not its durability. 135 mm sits between the fine 95 mm and the calm 195 mm - a common choice for houses when you want a visible but unobtrusive line.
How are the lamellas fixed?
Onto a frame, with concealed fixings - each lamella hooks over the previous one and the screws stay hidden under the next. Neither screws nor joints show on the facade. We supply the screws and trim pieces along with the lamellas.
Can it be fitted vertically?
Yes. The lamellas are fitted horizontally or vertically - the direction changes the character of the whole facade without changing a single other detail.
Which sheet thickness should I choose?
The standard is 0.50 mm. The thicker 0.70 mm stays flatter, so it is chosen for wide lamellas and for facades that are well lit, where every imperfection shows.
Can I get a colour sample?
Yes. We send a sample by post or show it in person - on screen a colour always looks different from coated steel.
